These terms cover use of the Sohan Peda website.

The catalogue

Product text, prices, and stock come from the catalogue. A listing marked as a sample, or a price that has not been confirmed, is not an offer to sell at that figure. Checkout will refuse it.

Orders

An order is placed only when checkout is open, the details validate, stock is available, and the chosen payment path accepts the order. Closing the payment window before completion does not mark an order as paid. Cash on delivery, if enabled, is recorded as accepted for collection, not as already paid.

The content

Articles and history pages stay inside the facts the business has published and the news reports they cite. They are not a warranty of a recipe, a certificate, or a rank.

Law

These terms are meant to be read under the law of India. They do not name a court city, because a registered office address has not been published here.
