Privacy policy

This note describes what this website actually stores. It is not a claim about other companies’ policies.

Orders

Checkout asks for a name, mobile number, delivery address, city, state, and PIN code. Email is optional. Those details are stored with the order so it can be packed and looked up. The lookup on the tracking page needs the order number and the same mobile number.

Messages, reviews, and the newsletter

The contact form stores the message. Reviews are stored and stay unpublished until someone approves them. Newsletter addresses are stored in the site database. No automatic email is sent until an email service is connected.

Cookies and analytics

The cart and the admin sign-in use cookies. Google Analytics loads only if a measurement ID is saved and you choose Allow on the consent bar. If you decline, the analytics script is not added.

Payments

Card or UPI details, when checkout uses Razorpay, are entered on Razorpay’s page. This site stores the payment reference and status, not the card number.

Access

Order and customer records are not published through the public pages. Admin tools require a sign-in.
